Refund Policy

Subject to the Terms of Service and the published Laminar Data Pricing, if you believe that you have been charged incorrectly, please prepare your information and raise a query via the developer portal. You will need your valid client internet IP address(es), email address, contact details and the dates when API requests were performed and the nature of the query against the specific API usage. If after investigation it appears that you have been charged incorrectly, Snowflake will refund the pro-rata amount charged in error.
